Delivery & Installation

Installation takes five days from delivery to move-in ready.

First, your site is assessed and prepared. Your Living Pod is built and finished at our facility in Belleville. At your site we install engineered foundation piles with beam catch brackets. A lowboy truck delivers your Living Pod safely to you. The Living Pod is lifted onto the pile foundations and bolted securely in place. We then connect to water, electrical, and sewer services. Your Living Pod is now fully functional and move-in ready.
