Complete with air conditioning, energy efficient electric heat pump, designer kitchen, appliances, large 60” shower with seat, vanity, stackable laundry with washer & dryer, living room and dining area all within our 1 bedroom suite. There is space for a fold down Murphy Bed in the living room if an additional sleeping area is needed. They come with a front porch and integrated garden boxes and are completely insulated with spray foam in floors, walls, and ceiling. They’re clad in metal siding and have a commercial grade standing seam steel metal roof.
