Delivery & Installation
Installation takes five days from delivery to move-in ready. First, your site is assessed and prepared. Your Living Pod is built and finished at our facility in Belleville. At your site we install engineered foundation piles with beam catch brackets. A lowboy truck delivers your Living Pod safely to you. The Living Pod is lifted onto the pile foundations and bolted securely in place. We then connect to water, electrical, and sewer services. Your Living Pod is now fully functional and move-in ready.
1 Bedroom Suite
Brauer Living Pods are a year-round structure designed to be comfortable when the temperature drops to -30℃ and are built to Ontario Building code standards. Complete with air conditioning, energy efficient electric heat pump, designer kitchen, appliances, large 60” shower with seat, vanity, stackable laundry with washer & dryer, living room and dining area all within our 1 bedroom suite.
There is space for a fold down hide-a-bed in the living room if an additional sleeping area is needed. They come with a front porch and integrated garden boxes and are completely insulated with spray foam in floors, walls, and ceiling. They’re clad in metal siding and have a commercial grade standing seam steel metal roof. Brauer Living Pods are built to last a minimum of 50 years, have minimal maintenance, and retain their affordability.
